You can read all day on ‘how” to decorate, but I have found that active participation is the best way to learn. All our workshops are conducted in actual client homes. You, together with the other participants, will actively participate by implementing each step as you are learning them. This will also help you to see outside the box and learn how to use your own furnishings in different ways.

What You Will Need
We will be moving furniture, hanging art, etc., so casual and comfortable clothing are recommended. Please wear sneakers or closed-toe shoes. We recommend that you bring a camera to take before-and-after pictures. Pictures serve as visual reminders of the principles you will learn during the workshop.
To maximize your experience, we suggest that you select a room in your home that will serve as your inspiration while learning the steps. Measure that room and bring those dimensions to the workshop. We also suggest that you write down any decorating questions you may have. If your questions are not answered during the workshop, we will answer them individually after class or by phone or email.
Location
Once we have received your registration and payment, you will be notified of the location of the work home. Participants may go directly to the work home and be there promptly at 8:30 am. We are happy to provide directions and /or discuss assistance for getting to the work home, if necessary.

This is an interactive experience. Come prepared to learn, make friends and have a great time.
And…we highly recommend that you ask a friend to join you. That way, you help each other decorate your own homes.
Workshop hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (approx.) Workshops include lunch, DIY Training Handbook and a Resource Guide. Full payment must be received to secure registration, and is 100% refundable if cancellation is made within 3 days prior to the scheduled workshop.
