SRCA Office Great Room Now Furnished
Stonebridge Ranch Newsletter

Your association office lobby and waiting area, known as the Great Room, has been furnished and has met everyone’s expectations. All residents visiting the office have commented on the beautiful décor and functionality of the space.

In keeping with the architectural features of the Great Room, a “Texas Hill Country” style was chosen for the décor, with an emphasis on casual elegance.
New tile flooring was installed and the room was painted in warm gold tones to enhance the wood and stone already in place.
Browns, red and golds were the main color selections. A brown leather sofa with hand carved wood trim and club chair were chosen for durability. The casual “feel” of the leather is flanked by two upholstered chairs in a more elegant silky plaid pattern. The wood plank coffee table with its iron base, introduces yet another texture to the room, complimenting the 10-light Lone Star chandelier. The seating area is anchored by a large wool area rug that brings warmth and coziness to the space, and special attention was given to the placement of the furniture with the ultimate goal of emphasizing the true focal point of the room: the spectacular view of the water.

Additional work surface was achieved by a 72” wood pedestal table, which provides an open meeting area for Association business with homeowners, contractors or builders. The six large chairs are both comfortable and practical, with upholstered seats in faux leather for durability and backs in a traditional large floral pattern.

The SRCA Community Room, which is available to residents for party and meeting rental, was also updated. The Community Room décor was designed to compliment that of the Great Room. The same paint colors were used on both rooms, giving them a unifying feel. Because this room is often used for community events, durable and versatile flooring was necessary. To accomplish this, modular tile carpet was installed in a staggered pattern. The carpet tiles can easily be removed if damaged or stained and replaced with new tiles.

Simple valance window treatments were used to frame and soften the windows while allowing maximum view of the water scene. A newly built ¾ wall provides hidden storage for the folding table and chairs when not in use.

Accessories are kept to a minimum allowing for maximum décor versatility for the varied events scheduled.

Please stop by your association office to say hello and see the furnishings.
